Aluminium clamping frame
The round acoustic picture consists of a noble aluminum frame and is characterized by its simple, elegant shape. The motif is placed in the foreground by the frameless design. The aluminum frame - textile frame of the round acoustic pictures can be selected with a profile depth of only 19 mm and can be colored in any RAL tone. These color adjustments are charged separately and are not available in the standard delivery time. The aluminum profile is anodized and therefore easy to care for and maintenance-free.
The coating of the round acoustic picture frames: A protective layer, so-called anodizing, is formed by converting the top metal layer into an oxide / hydroxide, which prevents corrosion.
Textile printing
The acoustic textile print is wrinkle-free and is characterized by brilliant colors and high-resolution print quality. It is printed with environmentally friendly, water-based ink and has been awarded the Öko-TEX®100 certificate. Sublimation printing is allergy-friendly, free from outgassing active ingredients or flying fibers and contains no chemical binders. Fire protection class B1 according to DIN 4102. The textile is suitable for washing machines and dryers (see care instructions)
Acoustic Material
The sound absorbing material is also environmentally friendly and has been awarded the Öko-TEX®100 certificate. It is allergy-friendly, free from outgassing active ingredients or flying fibers and contains no chemical binders. Depending on the desired product and degree of absorption, it is used in different strengths and has a high sound-absorbing effect, sound absorber class A according to DIN EN ISO 11654.
Fastening and assembly
Various attachment accessories are included in the scope of delivery for the various frame profiles.
No screws and dowels: Sorry, no screws and dowels are included in the scope of delivery, because the right choice has to be made with the large number of different walls. However, we are happy to help you with the selection and advise you if you need help.
